My advice is just keep doing them. Start on your knees and keep doing those until you build your strength to go to your toes. Like the other people said, you need to consume more calories. You don't want your body to be in starvation mode.

I am not a fan of the gym so this is a biased opinion, I would go for CLX. The workouts are not too long (45 minutes the longest) and you will get very good results. IMO you would have to be insanely fit (see what I did there lol) not to struggle with such a hard workout. If I were you I would move on to month 2 and see how it goes.
