  • Turbo Jam and Ab Jam for me :) I love using my HRM and seeing how many calories I burn! I am addicted to exercise because of it!!!!

    Walked 6 miles at 6 AM this morning... too hot to walk later! I really enjoy reading the postings on MFP. Lots of great ideas for exercise and healthy food. Definitely a great motivational tool! :happy:

    15 minutes elliptical. 30 minutes bike. 15 minutes cross trainer. 30 minutes treadmill.

    I normally don't workout on weekends...but I felt the need this morning lol.

    Tabata intervals on my heavy bag =D.

    30 min on the crosstrainer
    30min on the treadmill set at 3.0 and crossramp at 1.5
    5min rowing machine
    and did 3sets of 10-12rep on each of the weight machines in my local gym :)

    My exercise today was in FUTILITY! :laugh: I'm a computer geek, and we are trying to fix a program when everyone is off the system. Of course, the program wasn't misbehaving today -- I went ahead with the fix, but who knows whether this is going to be fixed on Monday. :noway:

    Anyway -- I digress. I haven't done Zumba in a long time - I think I'll crank up the music tonight and wiggle the pounds away!

    Hello I jog well i have not latley to hot...So i have been doing Cathe Friedrich step aerobics viideo and some with circut training. She is tiring!! But in such a good way. I love it

    Did the warrior dash today. Mostly walked it but it was on ski hills so it was a lot of up hill walking.

    Sprinted the length of 2 acres (400 ft???) in the pouring rain through a thunderstorm to close a gate before my horse got out! lol

    It's my day off, otherwise! But I didn't die. And the horse is safe. Yay!

    I did 30 minutes power walking with 1 lb weights on a treadmill at the gym. Air quality is bad today. I have asthma and thank god for air conditioning!

    I did IRONING intervals today because I was behind on the laundry and it was hot outside.
    SO.........run 1/4 mile, iron one shirt, run another 1/4 mile, iron another shirt.....each took about the same amount of time. I got a nice sweaty workout in, and the laundry is all clean, ironed and put away. ;-)

    Edited to add that obviously I was running on the treadmill, 'cause otherwise, I would have had to run with the ironing board under my arm! LOL
