I am along the same lines, I eat 1200 and don't use my exercise calories normally, because in my eyes you want your exercise to stay negative so you lose better.

I felt the same way when I started. Obviously we are doing something right to lose 20lbs! But if you would like your questions really answered make an appointment with a diatition, or your Dr, who can get you in contact with a diatition. That would give you the answers you seek and hopefully give you some extra confidence…
