  • Its good to know that I'm not the only one feeling heavier. I still weigh in weekly and my weight has been steady since about week 2. I'm trying not to get frustrated because I know I LOOK better even though the scale is trying to discourage me. I'm hoping that I will lean out more in Phase 3 ( I start next week!)
  • I'm losing. Very, very slowly. And I have to really watch what I eat and workout daily. But I'm down 12 lbs. I've plateaued somewhat but I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully it will start coming off again. Sera T1 12 years

  • Thanks for the advice! I've adjusted my pump setting and am now running a bit high. But I also haven't been able to get to the gym for a few days. I usually take my pump off about 15 minutes before a workout and eat a banana. My BG's are pretty steady during my workouts (generally) its just that anywhere from 2- 12 hours…
  • I have the same issue. Something that helps me is to drink AT LEAST 16 oz of water in the morning right when I wake up, about 20 minutes BEFORE breakfast. Its not sure fire, but I'm a lot more regular when I do this on a daily basis.
  • Schedule your workout time in. Go before work, if possible. If you can't go before work change into designated workout clothes after work. Take a walk with your puppies, throw a ball with them. Take a walk with your husband. Little things add up. :) You can do it!

  • I just looked back over the last week of my food diary and it looks like in general I eat anywhere from 1300 to 1800 a day depending on how many cals i burn in the gym. If I up my cals to "somewhere between BMR and TDEE" (thank you rduhlir) I would NOT eat back my cals burned during workouts??
