Is there a way to force a sync between Myfitnesspal and UP? I just did a bunch more steps but it is not syncing with Myfitnesspal. And I would like to see them sync before I complete my diary for the day. Also why is Myfitnesspal food not showing up in my UP feed? Thanks! Serafee

Phase 3 sprints
I just started phase three. How am I supposed to do sprints? 30 secs af 8.0 and then walk for 30 secs? I tried that today and only lasted about 5 minutes.
