Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I walk 30 minutes, do 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 15 minutes weight lifting each day. Tuesday is a rest day. Sometimes I walk for 30 minutes. Thursday I walk at least 30 minutes. Saturday and Sunday I walk for 60 minutes. :)

I try to stay under my calorie goal, but I take note of the others if I go over.

You need to eat at least 1200 calories to not get the "eating too few calories" response.

NO :flowerforyou: Not a day. I walk 6 days a week. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of strength on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For a total of 90 minutes of cardio and 45 strength a week ( not including walking which is 30 to 60 minutes a day ). Does that make sense?

I have lost 90 pounds by using myfitnesspal and eating nutrisystem one month and diet to go the next. You can look at my diary and add me as a friend if you want. I am currently doing nutrisystem. Good luck :)

I want to lose 10 more pounds by April 2013 for a total lost of 100 pounds in a year. I want to lose 110 pounds (a total of 200 pounds) by April 2015.

Try this TDEE spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Amt7QBR9-c6MdGVTbGswLUUzUHNVVUlNSW9wZWloeUE#gid=14 It helped me figure out my calories. At first, I had my TDEE at 2600, my BMR at 1955. But this was way more accurate and put my BMR at 1755 or so. I am now eating 1800 a day instead of 2050. Hope this…
