Are you still losing inches? are you feeling more fit? able to outperform the old you? if you answered yes to any of these questions, don't worry about 1 pound. My weight fluctuates anywhere from 1-5 pounds on a daily basis depending on my exercise intensity, and the amount of liquid I consume.

I noticed that running didn't necessarily reduce the size of my legs in any huge fashin but it sure did define them. @cherrypop1 & Giantess Stay with it, your body may still be adjusting. It's takes some people longer than others. I work out with my cousin and he has been losing at a much slower rate than I have. But he…

I don't necessarily care about the scale, I go by how I feel and how things fit. My weight can fluctuate as much as 7 pounds on any given day, so the scale can be discouraging if you strictly look at it as your guiding factor. I have fought through many plateaus in my journey and I have always found that shaking up the…

I went with the droid charge. It has decent battery life, a gorgeous screen and 4G LTE radio. Never been a fan of physical keyboards so the Droid3 was out for me.

Good find. Definitely worth using.

I also use Vibram Five Fingers or Avia Skeletoes. Both come close to being barefoot and get lots of stares/questions from other gym patrons.

I never seasoned mine and it has been just fine. going on 5 years use.

Great progress. You look great, and the current hair color is much more complimentary too. Keep up the good work, and you be at your goal before long.

I agree, this website and the mobile app (on my phone) have really helped make me accountable for what I eat. That alone was a major factor for me. Amazing how making things like that public make you want to do better at controlling them...

Are you using the web site, the mobile app on your phone or both?

It happens. I have had a few occasions where i intend to eat one or two pieces of pizza and before I know it, 1/2 the darned thing is in my gut. You just gotta move on and try to do better next time. Pizza is like kryptonite for me...

Welcome aboard. MFP has helped my lose 69 pounds since September 2010. It will help you too. The mobile app is so convenient to use, and the website is full of supportive people.

That's great. Keep up the good work.

That's quite a difference

OK, I'll be the first guy to respond... Id, say Ryan Reynolds, that dude is ripped!

you need to create a new exercise for it. I would put it under cardio workouts. If you have a HRM or other device for calculating teh number of calories burned you can input them when you log it.

You can do it. Keep focused on you goal, look to your friends and people on these boards for support and inspiration, and you'll be just fine. Good luck on your journey.
-
just stay focused on your goal and you'll be fine.

Don't get discouraged. it's one weigh in. Keep working at it. some people take a little longer to get their metabolism going. When I first started 76 pounds ago, it took me 3 weigh ins to lose the first bit of weight, then it just started falling off. Keep your focus and look to the members of these forums for inspiration…

Yo Dan, I have told you on many occasions that You can join me on the weekends for a good workout. I won't subject you to the terror I put my self through. Any weekend you want that extra push gimme a call.

Don't get discouraged. It takes time to get back to your former greatness. I used to be able to bike for 50-60 miles before stopping, These days i'm at about 12 miles, but thats up from 5. It's all a matter of perspective.
