Once I get the program, I would be doing the same as you. Being that Insanity is mostly HIIT cardio, I'm incorporating weight lifting with the program. I don't wanna lose any muscle mass

Yea portion control is a B***h! lol... but I try to eat alot of fruits and veggies becasuse they're pretty true to portion size and you can eat alot and be full. Popcorn also works

I totally agree! I keep mine open for motivation and tips. We are a community and we are all here for the same purpose. (to lose weight and to get in shape).

I think you should evaluate what type of relationship you have with your work out buddy. I would've taken that comment somewhat supportive versus malicious. I don't really eat junk food per say, I just love tater tots! lol. I am serious about my weight loss though. I want to look great for my birthday which is July 1st.
