Every single day! The same way, as soon as I wake up. Then it gets logged on Libra and on my good old fashioned paper calender. It has been great as I can see a trend of how my body responds to my plan.and I no longer panic over any gain. SO FAR! :)

I used to always log an apple as 80 calories. Until I weighed my slices......not 80 cals but 150!!! I learned to listen after that! Thank you everyone!

Hi Osric. Glad you are here. I wish you would help me understand my Libra stats! In 3 weeks my scale says I've lost 6.3 pounds. But libra says I have lost 4.6. Trend= 199.6 Trend=195.0 Trend= -4.6 lost. I wish I could figure out how to show you my Stats. All the little dots are below the line.

Is this just as crazy as a 1000 calories per day?? You are "allowed" 1500 cals per day and earn 500 cals per day from exercise....and don't eat those exercise calories. I see many people on MFP logging very large exercise calorie deficits from ALOT of daily exercise. Just very curious....

This is great! :) I weigh myself everyday so I can try to understand what the heck my body is up to. I seem to have a whoosh for 3 days each month. Then the same weight for 24 or so days and then another whoosh..... Now I don't panic each week because I know it's coming! :)

When this happens to me I smile and start talking about everything I have learned on here, what to do, how to do it, how not to do it....on and on. Lol Now they never ask because they are afraid I will tell them AGAIN for 30 minutes! You don't want to quit because of them....do you? ;)

PS.... Fitbit recommends moving the watch up to 3 finger widths from the wrist during workouts. This makes a big difference in HR reading. Much more accurate. :)

I just tried mine out this morning. Very disappointed that I couldn't set it for a continuous HR reading on the screen during exercising. About killed myself reaching over to push the damn button on the band to get a reading. Am I missing something or is there no way to keep HR on the screen?

I believe she doesn't trust the calories listed by the restaurant. And I don't blame her. I am positive the chef is not weighing the portions and sauces etc... If I felt like I just consumed more then 450 calories.....I'm sure I did. We are told here to weigh everything and I have learned from doing this that even an apple…

Thanks guys! I didn't plan on going crazy. Just meeting a few friends for A drink. 4 drinks later and well, the food just looked so good. It's logged. Lesson learned. :s :)
