I am having great success with CICO and my food scale. However I have a few nagging questions. I buy individual servings of yogurt, cottage cheese and peanut butter. I haven't been weighing those. Yikes! I just added up the calories of my daily vitamins. When carefully weighing everything I eat, I've neglected to add 55 calories per day. Is that being over-the -top or something you folks do everyday?

A real eye opener for me.
I had a major surgery 11 days ago. Finally got on the scale today and I have gained 9 lbs. It took me a month to lose those 9 #!!! My sedentary tdee is 1844. Charge HR and stairs
Hi. I have had my charge for 2 weeks and I was loving it until today. It's crediting me with 12 flights of stairs....nice except I didn't climb any stairs. Exercise calories
Do your exercise calories push your intake calories below that "safe" number of 1200 calories? I had a fun but diet devastating night last night that added about 2000 calories above my daily allowance. Yikes!! I want to burn it off over the next 6 days. 350 calories of exercise per day should do it. Bad idea? OK idea?

What do these MFP stats tell me?
1200 - 1290. + 329. =239 Goal. Food. Exercise. Remaining The only exercise I log on MFP is what my fitbit sends to MFP. Did I burn 329 calories walking? Thank you.

Change in TDEE
I have lost 8#. I rechecked my TDEE and it dropped by 60 calories. I am already @ the lowest calorie setting of 1200. So it didn't change my plan. How often do you check your TDEE? Does MFP make the adjustment when you log your weight loss? I was very surprised that it changed that much with such a small loss.

Do you trust the calorie info listed on packaged and fast food websites? Example: Boston market frozen oven roasted chicken....1 package 290 calories (397 gms) Would you cook it and then weigh it or just log 290 cals?

Exercise calorie adjustment
I logged 200 calories of exercise. Mfp added 200 calories to my daily intake. An hour later those 200 extra calories are no longer added ....?????

58 yo female with 60# to lose. I am eating at a deficit to lose 1-2 lbs per week and exercising to keep as much muscle as possible. Once I reach my goal weight, I will adjust calories to build muscle and maintain the fat loss. Correct? Thanks in advance for your guidance!

Playing with a calorie calculator this morning. 58 yo female 5'8"... ideal weight is 140. To maintain @ 140: Sedentary= 1516 cals per day Light activity= 1737 cals per day Moderate activity= 1958 cals per day. Has anyone else calculated their future? It made me realize that watching calories and exercising is forever! Lol

This can't be good.
Today was measurement day. I lost 2 lbs. 1/2" off my neck and 1/2" off my waist. BUT I went from 32.1% bf to 33.6% bf. I hope this doesn't mean what I think it means.... I use an Omron fat loss monitor. Please tell me i didn't lose 2# of muscle!

walking 10000 steps per day..cardio?
Hi. i have been walking every day with my flex. Slowly i have increased the time and intensity. Today i walked 35 minutes in one period at an intense level.
