Exercise calories

Do your exercise calories push your intake calories below that "safe" number of 1200 calories?
I had a fun but diet devastating night last night that added about 2000 calories above my daily allowance. Yikes!! I want to burn it off over the next 6 days. 350 calories of exercise per day should do it. Bad idea? OK idea?

Log it and move on. Next time, exercise off the calories and/or consume less calories BEFORE you have a diet-devastating night!

Firstly I wouldn't worry too much about one day - sounds like it was a good one! In answer to your question, the plan is good in that many people look at the average across a week so the maths works. Just one caveat - at such low calories you might find you get more hungry than normal as you're obviously not going to eat the exercise calories back and if you're doing extra activity every day for 6 days you're probably going to feel it

Thanks guys! I didn't plan on going crazy. Just meeting a few friends for A drink. 4 drinks later and well, the food just looked so good.
    It's logged.
    Lesson learned.
