First, congratulations on your success so far. I have the same late night problem. If i can talk myself off the ledge, i've found either a piece of fruit or a couple of low fat graham crackers. Gotta' have my sweets.

I am 5'2.75" and currently weigh 143.5. My heaviest (w/o being pregnant) was 178lbs. I'm still in a size 14 stretch jean, so i have quite a way to go. I'm figuring i'll have to get down to around 110.

Beautiful! Did you notice you got younger too? Way to go!

I am so happy for you. You are a true inspiration. WTG showing up that dr and doing it w/o surgery. BTW...your celebration was perfect!

Just started now and couldn't make it through the first set of workout #1. Maybe trying it within 15 minutes of eating pineapple and yogurt wasn't the smartest idea? It seems like a good beginner workout though. I'll try again tomorrow. It might just be a 60 day shred for me ;). Just do what you can and push yourself…

Spaghetti with sauerkraut on top or sandwiches made of white bread with butter, yellow mustard, and kettle chips. In my "defense"...I was pregnant ;). Boy did I go to town on those dishes though.

Wonderful news! We are proud of you, but most importantly, you should be proud of yourself. Keep up the great work and reach for that next goal :)

Lifetime member of WW and left for MFP. So much easier to use, encourages "real" food rather than pre-packaged processed foods, and...FREE.

Can you stomach V8 vegetable juice? That is the only "veggie" I can get in my son.

Sorry, I'm not in the same boat, but just wanted to wish you luck. It is nice to see people using this site to get healthy from both ends of the spectrum.

I'm 5'2.75" and i'd like to get under 120. I'm 143 now, so I have a long way to go. AND I'm seeming to have a binge day :(

I am addicted to Chobani pineapple w/ a bit of fresh pineapple mixed in. I'll admit I have also been eating the Chobani Champions very berry and vanilla with chocolate chunk. I bought those for my son, but he refused to try them :(

Well, that word we're not supposed to mention + sleep + water. A banana (potassium) will help too. Keep your fluids up since you just dehydrated your body with alcohol. If you have any preggo friends with morning sickness, begging a Zofran has not been unheard of ;)

Check out your local YMCA and all they offer :)

You look FANTASTIC! Love the ink too. Thanks for the Summerfest mention too. I was born in Milwaukee and sure miss the atmosphere. Keep up the great work. I hope i can look like you some day.

I lost a bald eagle. Should i feel bad? Aren't they endangered? ;). Just kidding. LOVE the list.

Thank you. Somedays it takes all i have just to get out of bed, so when i do that 10 minutes of swimming and can log it...i feel like i'm one step closer. Your words are inspiring. THAT is what this site is for.

Love my water classes - swim lessons, fins, and water aerobics.

I started wearing a pedometer last summer because my employer challenged us to work up to 10,000 steps a day and gave those who achieved the goal $50. I got addicted and wear it all the time now. I usually end up between 14000-20000 easily. Start with small goals and just work your way up.

Hum... Mini-goal "prizes" would be: 1. Get eyebrows & lips waxed 2. New swimsuit 3. Pedicure 4. Purfume 5. Piece of jewelry Can't wait!

I'm not allergic to foods, but my 5-yr-old is deathly allergic to peanuts, so we can't have peanuts or tree nuts b/c of cross contamination. I LOVE nuts and miss them terribly. Love my son more though ;)

Everyone here is AMAZING! Thank you.
