Ouch! Over calories
I just completed my food diary for yesterday and ended up with 3609 calories and no exercise when i'm scheduled for 1200 calories and 60 minutes of exercise. I know i just have to get back on track today, but i can't stop beating myself up for yesterday. Please tell me you've been there and you can climb out of the pit.

Fell off the wagon

In the red
I don't know if you're able to see my food diaries, but I always seem to be under my calories and fat and over or "in the red" for everything else. I don't eat much processed food. Turkey and yogurt are my go to proteins. I eat a ton of fruit and some veggies. Should i still finish my calories for the day? With what?…
