In the red

I don't know if you're able to see my food diaries, but I always seem to be under my calories and fat and over or "in the red" for everything else. I don't eat much processed food. Turkey and yogurt are my go to proteins. I eat a ton of fruit and some veggies. Should i still finish my calories for the day? With what? (can't have peanuts/tree nuts)

Hi, I don't know if I can answer all of your questions, but I took a look at your diary and did notice something. The sugar content of certain items is pushing you over a lot, and sugar = carbs of course. If you read your diary looking for the high numbers, you can see that milk actually has quite a lot of sugar, watermellon is killer high (!) as are grapes, other fruits, and the yogurts are pretty high too. I would say switch out some of your fruit for vegetables for sure, look for lower - sugar yogurts (low fat/fat free often means high carb). Try greek yogurts but read the label for added sugars. Don't know what to say about the milk, stick with it or try soy? Read the label of everything if you aren't already and do a little mental math.
As for making up the calories, yes, at least to your BMR or minimum. The greek yogurt has more protien, increase your portion size of meat & cheese, add some mayo or olive oil if you have room there. It won't take much.
Just some thoughts.0
