Strength training

Do I really NOT get calorie or minutes exercised credit for strength training? I know there are many benefits, but right now I'm driven by the MFP numbers. I haven't been a MFP member for long and seeing the numbers for me is like giving a kid a sticker for a "good job". I'm sure with time I'll see the results in my body, but for right now, the numbers keep me going. Thank you in advance for any feedback. It is greatly appreciated. BTW...I have 30 lbs to go.

You can try and estimate how many calories you're burning strength training, but it likely wouldn't be very accurate.0

look under cardio for Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) and approximate your minutes. I put in 50 min for my once a week BodyPump. I've been losing slow but steady since joining MFP.0
