I did WW and had success with it, and regaining my weight was a lack in discipline on my part. I could not use the wiggle room/flex points because if I did, I never lost any weight. I have only been doing MFP for 4 days now, but just find it to be easier to use and better for my pocket book!

I am new here, started on Saturday! Would love to have some friends to keep me motivated and would love to do the same for them. We all need a cheerleader from time to time!
