Yes, it is a part of my daily routine! I have two children, 7 and 4. I agree 100%. I use to daily, but drove myself absolutely CRAZY! As long as I feel good, eat healthy, hit the gym at least 5 days a week and my clothes still fit, I'm good! I jump on the scale about once a week now.
