Has anyone tried wearing the fitbit flex around the ankle instead of the wrist? that might be more accurate in terms of step counting throughout the day?

Even though it hurts more when you lunge/squat, it is probably you're running that is damaging your knee. Find an aerobic exercise that has less impact, such as swimming, elliptical, spinning.

I've been a vegetarian for 8 years now. There are many reasons to be a vegetarians, including health reasons.
