I did it last weekend, didn't majorly train for it. Almost completely forgot to eat beforehand but ended up eating a slice of lemon drizzle cake from one of the stands at the place. Didn't feel hungry or have any problems. So much fun.

If it is an electric scale which you move to switch on then make sure you push (tap) it to switch it on instead of lifting it. I've seen people on here getting weird readings due to this.

I had the same problem, I was completely addicted to sugar and would go mad and binge then give up. I am now doing low carb (keto) diet and its been 2 days and I've pretty much stopped craving it already, I just had to cut it completely
