Just a Tad Overweight, Hard to Lose Those Extra Pounds

I'm 5'7" and my weight is 170ish. Why is it so hard to lose those 10 or 20 pounds I don't want? I eat my fruits and vegetables and the recommended calories. I also work out 3-4 times a week. Am I just being impatient, or do I need to change something up? & it's been like this for a while, not just since I joined this site. Thanks for any feedback!

I hear ya. I've got 10-15 pounds to lose (again) and I keep fluctuating between the same 1-2 pounds. Supposedly it takes longer and a good goal is about .5 pound a week when it's this low of an amount to lose.0

5'9 167 pounds here, getting this weight off is nearly impossible. Just finished day 3 of 30 day shred so heres to hoping that it will do something! I've been battling to get under 166 for months now.0

5'7", started at 170 in January, currently 162. Some weeks it goes slow, sometimes I hit a new low number twice in a week. I remind myself that I'm trying to lose slowly, so I shouldn't be impatient when it actually takes a little time to see a new loss.
Keep active, keep eating at a (small) deficit. The weight will come off!0
