Treadmill on incline, I don't mind the elliptical, but just prefer the varied walking instead...

How do you log incline walking? I've searched but not found anything, if I just put walking at 3.5 its fewer calories than it should be...

20 minutes on cross trainer, 20 minutes fast incline walk, some weights... does anyone know how to log incline walking?!

Aye, I eat lots of fruit, at least I know to ignore this sugar now. Its my TEA thats my biggest let down, 1tsp in each mug, and I have at least 5 a day! Think Im going to have to start cutting back that sugar...1/2 tsp please!

Yeah mine is always miles over, between some fruit and yoghurt I am always over, not including anything else!! Will try to ignore it a bit more now then....

I always wonder, they say you need to eat breakfast to kick start your metabolism (is this still true?). Well I have a tea when I get to work, with 1 sugar, that contains calories, is that not enough? I dont always have a chance to get something or dont always fancy breakfast!

I agree with this! I just dont buy anything like that anymore, which sucks for my boyfriend, but he understands! I get in fruit and cottage cheese for snacks and if I have a need for something, I have a cup of tea or glass of milk. Sometimes just having a glass of water stops me from wanting to eat, or just doing something…

I would like to loose it in August! I have a holiday end of Aug/start of Sept, and the thought of wearing a bikini atm is frightening! lol I have very little motivation too.... :(

I'm up for no weigh in for 2 weeks, i get into the habit of weighing and end up doing it every couple of days which is terrible! measuring every pound on and off lol weighed this morning and i am 153lbs... Not as bad as I thought it would be, month end I WILL be 147!!!!

I think its fine to not eat the calories, expecially if its late at night as its not good to eat before you go to bed! Maybe if you're doing it every day but every so often im sure it doesnt matter. Alright day today, wasnt very hungry at lunch so only had a small one which kept my cals low today instead of my usual over abit! :) Defo drinking more water instead of tea and pop....Only had I think 3 or 4 cups today in work and having none at home. Wow I am so worn out! Went for a super brisk walk tonight for 45 minutes. The trousers I wore kept falling down and the top I had on kept riding up so I had to keep my hoody on, and slightly zipped up to cover my pants and belly!!!
