I like making mixed bean burritos, Moroccan style chickpea stew, veg & lentil/barley soup, brown pasta with (free from) pesto & veggies, even just baked beans on wholegrain toast! :)

Hiya, I'm 29 from the Isle of Man. Currently on 1260cals which I find easy when I do exercise, but do struggle at the weekends, and on non exercise days! Need to be more strict with myself! :)

I got my slow cooker for free and its HUGE! There's only two of us in the house so never know what to do in it...Guess I could mass make a stew?

Yes I've scanned lots of things and they come up as a better brand than what I have! I totally don't get the whole brand thing with food. It's food! I'm not going to pay more for something cause it has a flashy ad on TV....

When I am at work, I always try to get a glass of water at the same time as making a cup of tea. Normally drink it whilst I wait for the kettle to boil, and leave my glass there as a reminder!

I also think some of the foods stored on the database do not have all the nutrient information, so make sure the foods you're logging show vit D, C etc in the table...

Hiii, I started last week, just done Level 1 Day 6 this morning before work. I made the mistake of trying our Level 2 at the weekend, and it's put me off wanting to do it!! Hoping that by the end of the week I will feel ready for it!! hahaha

Shop mostly at Morrisons, they have weekly deals on Fruit and Veg that are usually pretty good, and so can always try something different every week. And they are the best at reducing items I find!
