Ideas for stir fry mixed veg (other than stir fry!)
Hey, So I often buy in the bags of mixed veg for stir fries, and have half a bag leftover. I usually don't want another stir fry - does anyone have any good ideas of what I can use it for? Most of the time I end up chucking it away as I can't think of what to have with it! Any ideas appreciated :) (I'm veggie)

runkeeper changing cals?
Hi, anyone else use runkeeper? I went on a walk today using it. When I finished my walk it said 300 calories. Then once I saved it it jumped to 500 cals and logged it on my fitness pal as that?? Anyone else experienced this problem?

FitBit / Sony Smartband / Garmin etc
Hi, do any of you use the trackers? I've been considering getting one but don't want to spend a tonne of money on one in case I don't use it.... I have a Sony phone, and so Smartband would be okay, but heard they're not very accurate. Any recommendations?

How much do you pay in Gym Membership?
Hiya I am on a rolling monthly membership at Club Moativation in Holiday Inn, it is £37, which I feel is a bit much for the amount of machines and equipment they have there. Its handy though and friendly atmosphere. I could get it for less if I had a 12 month contract though, which I prefer not to do. I was just wondering…

Fish Recipes??
Hi All, I bought some frozen fish fillets, I think they're haddock, but they've been sitting in my freezer for a while now cause I don't really know what to do with them! Anyone have any suggestions of recipes/meals I can make with them? :)

Average calories for each meal...?
Hiya I am just wondering how everyone else splits their calories throughout the day? I read somewhere that it is best to eat more in the day for breakfast and lunch than for your evening meal, but I always seem to eat the most cals for my evening meal...Is it worth eating a more calorific lunch and having a light dinner??

weighing scales....?
Hi, I'm in desperate need of buying weighing scales, the ones at my gym are so old! Can anyone advise whether I should buy mechanical or electric ones?? I've read that electric ones can be inaccurate? Can anyone suggest some? I'm in the UK :-).

how to log walking on incline
I do treadmill walking on an incline, I start low and over 10 minutes build up to 12% incline, then over another 10 work my way back down. This burns more cals than just flat walking, but how do I log it? I can't see anything!! Thanks :-).

Too much dairy??
Hi, I am just wondering is its possible to have too much dairy? I drink tea through the day, I tend to have at least 1 glass of semi-skimmed milk at some point, sometimes I have yoghurt for breakfast, and usually have a tub of low fat cottage cheese for lunch. Also cheese with certain dinners...Is this too much dairy?

Over or under your cals...?
How much do you think it is okay to eat over or under your cals a day? I sometimes go over 1200 by about 200-300 cals and I dont know whether I should be more careful or if its okay to just miss the 1200 by a couple of hundred cals...? Help plz x

I feel like I have eaten loads- but still under?

I HAD A CHOCOLATE ECLAIR!!
Its someones birthday in my office today and they brought through a chocolate eclair for me....and of course i HAD to eat it! I am going swimming tonight though, but I doubt there will be enough hours in the day to burn it off!! Any idea how many lengths it would take to burn one off? WITH fresh cream...and chocolate :(
