How much do you think it is okay to eat over or under your cals a day? I sometimes go over 1200 by about 200-300 cals and I dont know whether I should be more careful or if its okay to just miss the 1200 by a couple of hundred cals...? Help plz x

If you go to your goals, it shows how much of a calorie deficit you have per day (mine is 703). So even if my calories are a little over like by 200 I still have a deficit, so I don't stress too much about it.

If you're afraid of being over on your numbers, get some exercise in, and your numbers will go higher! That's what got ME exercising, lol, cuz I wanted MORE food!

I'd be careful...200 calories over once or twice a week is probably ok, but they start adding up quickly if it is everyday.

Being a little over a couple of times a week is probably going to be a good thing in the long run. It's called calorie zig-zagging, and it's a great way to keep your body guessing. If it's troubling you though, do some extra cardio that day.

I would be careful if you start to go over your cals more and more each day or week. You could always do what they call cycling your cals or zig zag your cals. This works best if you do it a week at a time. I have been doing that for 3 months now and I have lost weight each week that I have weighed myself(I usually weigh myself on Thursdays only) Also when you zig zag your cals you will also need to zig zag your excercise cals also.
