Its someones birthday in my office today and they brought through a chocolate eclair for me....and of course i HAD to eat it!
I am going swimming tonight though, but I doubt there will be enough hours in the day to burn it off!! Any idea how many lengths it would take to burn one off? WITH fresh cream...and chocolate

414calories according to one i found on the food databse....so may differ slightly, adjust your intake for lunch and dinner and with some excercise it shouldnt really ruin the days efforts i dont think! This is not to feel so guilty that you throw the day away, thats what ive only just recentley learned!

Special treats are acceptable once in awhile... I hope you completely enjoyed it!
If you've been sticking to 500 calories less than your maintenance number than you can figure that maybe you didn't lose anything yesterday- but you still didn't gain anything either! & If you DID exercise some of them off, then you're still stayed on the path to losing0
