Its someones birthday in my office today and they brought through a chocolate eclair for me....and of course i HAD to eat it!

I am going swimming tonight though, but I doubt there will be enough hours in the day to burn it off!! Any idea how many lengths it would take to burn one off? WITH fresh cream...and chocolate :(

414calories according to one i found on the food databse....so may differ slightly, adjust your intake for lunch and dinner and with some excercise it shouldnt really ruin the days efforts i dont think! This is not to feel so guilty that you throw the day away, thats what ive only just recentley learned!

Special treats are acceptable once in awhile... I hope you completely enjoyed it!

If you've been sticking to 500 calories less than your maintenance number than you can figure that maybe you didn't lose anything yesterday- but you still didn't gain anything either! & If you DID exercise some of them off, then you're still stayed on the path to losing
