Too much dairy??

Hi, I am just wondering is its possible to have too much dairy?
I drink tea through the day, I tend to have at least 1 glass of semi-skimmed milk at some point, sometimes I have yoghurt for breakfast, and usually have a tub of low fat cottage cheese for lunch. Also cheese with certain dinners...Is this too much dairy?

For me, yes as it makes my face break out if I have too much. I love cheese though so this is an ongoing struggle. It would depend on the individual. If you are losing weight this way, I wouldn't worry about it too much so long as you are getting other food groups in there too.0

I think that depends, you can't generalize, every person is different. You should be careful with cheese as it often contains lots of fat.
Other than that I eat a lot more dairy than you listed (I am a vegetarian, and therefore can't get protein from meat or fish) and I feel good.
As long as you feel good, are not tired and don't have any digesting problems (many people have lactose problems without knowing it), go for it.
Cottage cheese, ricotta and natural yoghurt are healthy options.
