I don't know how many extra calories u can burn but if u go to http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc and plug in your weight + the weighted vest then chose walking or whatever exercise you're doing it should give you the amount of calories you've burned.

I have a Jack Lalanne power juicer. I like it sometimes when I don't mind cleaning up afterwards. I started putting a plastic grocery bag in the receptacle to catch the pulp then the only thing i have to clean is the underside of the lid and the strainer. Other than the clean up it makes really good fruit and veggie juice.

If u get down to 100 lbs u will be seriously under weight. At 5'3ish u should be somewhere around 135 lbs.

I definitely think it's water retention. You just weighed yourself last wednesday. Why are you getting on the scale again today. Why don't you try weighing yourself once every two weeks. When people see the scale fluctuating like this it usually freaks them out. Take a break from the scale.
