I cook everyday for my kids but they are very picky eaters and don't eat the same kind of things I need to eat

The frozen meals are just easier for me....I work 40+ hours a week go to school and take care of a 4 and 5 year old I do not have a lot of extra time to prepare meals a head of time, I guess I will try to figure out some other way to go, I was just going to try that for a couple weeks and see how it went for me

My week off def helped, I also got some new shoes, and some insoles with shock absorbers, I don't know if it was just one or all three but I have completed a week of C25K and very little pain while im running and none afterwards, I was really excited and I have put up some of my better times

I think I notice the cottage cheese thing in my thighs getting better but Idk if im just wishful thinking, sometimes I think I can notice small things and sometimes I am like no maybe not, and I had took a break from running and lost 2 lbs but it seems like when I run/exercise the weight just doesn't come off

I always exercise first because I don't want to barf everywhere while im exercising lol....but a lot of times I will be hungry before I work out but when I am done Im not hungry any more so that helps me too

me and a friend are doing the c25k at our local park, I don't think I could do it if it was at my house and just running in place or on a treadmill

I have finished level 1 although it took me a month but I seen pretty good results, Im not real fond of level 2 because Im not the most coordinated but I really need to get back into it, Im also doing couch to 5k starting today

even if you are eating "healthy" foods you still have to have portion control just because it is considered healthy doesn't mean you can eat your weight in it and not gain

I too eat what I want as long as its within my calories....I did give up sodas and I don't eat as many sweets because I would rather have real food to use my calories on but if I have enough calories left and I want a bowl of ice cream I eat it...and that is what I have been telling all these people around me on some sort…

I do.....I think the main thing is don't get discouraged if it goes up some...which for some people is hard to do....but to me I like to know where I am at with it.
