  • First off, losing pounds is monthly/bi-weekly- not daily. It is a long term goal, don't fret when things aren't changing immediately. As far as being sore, you could just work through the soreness - it will actually make you less sore if you move through it. But I suggest taking at least one day off a week from exercise.…
  • Yeah, it is really tough! I am an intern and a GRA too! It's hard to fit it in - but I am trying hard to - making myself exercise as soon as I get home at night. I am going to add you. :)
  • Basically, all that means is to set your target heart rate area. If you want your heart rate to be higher, set it to hard, lower set it to light. That's all that is to it. :) Either mode, no matter where your heart rate goes (up or down), it'll track the calories burned the same.
  • I have quite a number of friends on here who have done it and look amazing! It's all about just committing to it and keeping up with it.
