Bodeefit vs paleoplan?
So I want to commit to paleo 100% again (and not just my 80% i am doing now). i think what will help me is a meal plan and shopping list to keep me on target. Has anyone used bodeefit or paleoplan? Could you recommend one of them? I guess bodeefit because Juli from paleomg is part owner in that one and i love her recipes,…

Hi All, So I have been pretty bored with the same regimen time after time.. Do you have any variations or things you do to change up the workout more? I haven't been motivated to lift because I have been so bored with the same movements all the time.

Chocolate Shakeology Anyone?
Hey MFPers in the DMV... I have 4 unopened bags of chocolate shakeology that I am not going to consume. I'll sell for $100 a bag or $350 for all four (normally $120 / bag + shipping from BeachBody). Let me know if you're interested. Sorry for the spam, but I am trying to get rid of them. Thanks!

Hey
Hey everyone! I just joined this group because I am really on my last 20, but I got down to my last 10 lbs and then gained some back because of an injury. I am losing my motivation and wanted to be around people who are in the same mindset with the last 10-20 lbs. It's freaking rough to conquer, that's for sure!

Silly Comments
So when I was picking up my dry cleaning yesterday the lady behind the counter was asking me if the dresses were for work, then if I was cooking for thanksgiving, then asked if I was married. Lovely. haha. This is getting silly, because I am only 23 (24 on Friday!) and I don't need to be married, but I know so many people…

Recycling Too Big Clothes, Underwear, Bras!
I wasn't sure where to post this, but just because you're losing weight - doesn't mean you should be bad to the environment! I went through my underwear drawer this weekend and decided it was time to get rid of the too big undies. A lot of the were cute, but the last straw was when a pair was falling down when I was…

Washington, DC Folks - Free July 9th?
Hi All, We had developed a MFP team for the Metro Dash in Washington, DC on July 9th (http://www.metrodash.com/washington-dc/). Our race time is 4pm since all of the elite times were the ones left in the morning, and we aren't an elite team, that's for sure. One of our team members won't be able to do it now, so we are…

Low Calorie ways to get more protein?
Hi Everyone, I was wondering if you had any ideas for low(er) calorie ways to get more protein. I have been cleaning up my diet, so my snacks have switched over to mostly fruits and veggies the last few weeks (and a cheese stick here and there for some protein), but I am not sure I am getting enough protein (though a lot…

Outer Foot Pain
Hi Everyone, I was just curious if anyone else has experienced this. My feet feel fine doing normal activities (walking a lot, standing, etc), but no matter what shoes I am wearing (running shoes to run, studio shoes for high impact), recently during my workouts I start to get this crampy/aching pain in the outer edge of…

A Year Makes a Big Difference
Well, a year ago I was graduating with my Bachelor's of Arts degree. I was lost, confused, happy, and heartbroken all at the same time. I weighed 193 lbs. I wanted to stay where living where I went to college, since I fell in love with the area (and I was in love with a man there) but because of the economy - things didn't…

Multivitamin Question
Hi Everyone! I was hoping that maybe someone could help me a little with choosing a multivitamin. Well, lets see, I have started taking the target generic Women's Daily Multivitamin (same as One-A-Day, pretty much) and it has resulted in some constipation (which I am assuming is the iron since I get a lot of iron from…

Pets!!
I know that there was a thread about this somewhere, but I couldn't find it. I just wanted to share that I just adopted two Degus! They are the cutest little things. Degus are closely related to chinchillas and guinea pigs. They look like giant gerbils at first glance, but then you see their face looks squirrelish. They…

Losing inches but not pounds?
Hey, I just wanted to know if anyone has been having the same difficulty. I have been working out a lot, trying to do three to six days a week for about a month and a half - however I have only lost on average, one pound. I have lost 5 - 5.5 inches on my waist however, which is nice, but I still haven't dropped a pants…
