Washington, DC Area Folks!! Free on July 9th?

Hey All,

A few of us in the Washington, DC area (Shizzman, JoyousRen, & me (savvystephy)) want to participate in the Metro Dash (http://www.metrodash.com/washington-dc/) on July 9th! However, we need one more team member (and have used facebook to find people, but they just don't seem to be interested). So, why not here from a group of my fitness pals!

Post here if you are interested so we can find a fourth team member!

PS: If you can't complete an obstacle after two attempts, they just give you a 5 burpee penalty. So It's OK if you don't think you can complete obstacles, but this will be SO much fun.

So if I sign up, fly up and participate.......would you and Joy push me around in my old 50 yr old persons wheelchair? Or visit me in the hospital while hooked up to IV saline???? :laugh:

Honestly, if I started training now this would be an awesome goal to look towards.

With teamwork and technique the walls should be easier than you'd think!
