Heya, my highest weight was around 150 lb, but I started MFP on 132 lb. I'm currently 124 with a goal of 117. Feel free to add me if you like

I think you look great - nice work  Maybe a little more definition in your arms if you're looking for something to work on though

This one

All I can say is, I never bought into the whole "you must drink 8 hours a day for optimum weight loss" thing. I usually only drink water when I'm exercising; all my other drinks are usually coffee, tea or diet soda. I tried doing the 8 cups a day thing but it just made me need to go to the bathroom every 20 minutes... I…

Lean and cut, for sure.
-
Yeah, I feel like that too sometimes - I just want it off! I'm down to a weight I was comfortable at a few years ago, but I feel even more dissatisfied with my body than I was before I decided to lose weight... Anyways, I started MFP at 132 lb; I'm 5'0" and my goal is 117 lb. So far I've lost 8 lb by exercising almost…

Definitely trying this, this week

Any use of 'irony' is better than Alanis'

I'm so awkward I don't even realise when people are flirting with me or hitting on me... someone always has to tell me >.>

Atm my favourite running song is "Let's Get Retarded" by the Black Eyed Peas - kinda lame, I know  For my warm up I like "Swing" by Savage But the bulk of my running music is clubby dance music, I think (usually I just have my whole library on shuffle and go through it till I find one I feel like using). Girl Talk…

Heya, I'm 5'0" and 124 lb - I have my base calories set to 1,400 and will eat around that on non-exercise days if I can. Then I eat back most of my exercise calories (but I try and make the estimated burn realistic and don't go by the exorbitant estimates MFP puts up). I exercise most days and usually eat between…

No, I wasn't planning on going back to eating like crap; not that I was eating particularly badly before anyways... Point is, knowing that I'm going to have to consistently watch what I eat for as long as I want to maintain a particular weight can be a little daunting, I think. That's not to say I'm not prepared to do it,…

Actually, most of the Cracked stuff is backed up by some form of research - it links the studies it refers to throughout the articles. Despite the fact that most of the titles as sensationalist and it is a humour website.
-
Yeah, I think that maybe the article is a little bit overdramatic. But one of the studies mentioned did talk about how those that lose a lot of weight find it difficult to maintain (more so than those that naturally maintain at the same weight) and it sounded kind of plausible. I guess the take away message is that you…

You look great

Heya, I'm 21 and I lost over 25 pounds a few years ago, but gained a few back over the last few years. I've lost 8 since I started on here 2 months ago and have another 7 or so to go. Feel free to add me

Awesome work  Here's to the next 3 weeks!

A catsuit

No, you're not being unreasonable; your husband and his friend are being inconsiderate.
-
You also forgot that "loose" and "lose" can be used interchangeably.

Most of this stuff should be on the database (but they'll be rough estimates). If you don't know what to search for, it looks like inari, shrimp nigiri, salmon nigiri, teriyaki chicken maki/roll (x2) and surimi or crab maki/roll (x2) and salmon maki/roll (x2). I would say all up, somewhere around 400-600 calories.

If I were being honest, I don't think being fat with big boobs counts for much; e.g. having large boobs but a large tummy to go with them doesn't create a very nice silhouette... I had smallish boobs to begin with, and a lost a bit of weight off them when I started on here (though mostly in my band size as opposed to cup).…

I just avoid the scales in the couple of days running up to it and don't weigh again till it's gone...
-
So I got the 3kg weights and have done 3 rounds of level one so far. Some exercises are still too easy but some are killer. It'd be good to have a range of weights to choose from, but at the moment I'm just trying to push through and stick with the 3kg weights for all the exercises; it just means I have to take breaks from…

I dunno if it's the same where you are, but in New Zealand I'm pretty sure that you're well within your rights to jump around in your apartment for 20 minutes a day for exercise purposes - it's not an unreasonable use of land by my interpretation. So there's nothing your neighbour can do about it even if he is still angry,…

Hey, I'm in Wellington, joined MFP a couple of months ago
-
I've set my base goal to 1,400 calories but try to eat around 1,600-1,700 on exercise days (to get a net of around 1,200 calories). I'm not losing that fast coz I don't have much left to go, but the scale's still slowly moving.

I just wasn't watching what I ate... I worked out a lot and thought that would compensate for whatever went past my lips; it didn't, and I gained at least 3 kilos over the past 3 years. It was that, plus a mini rebellion against myself that I had going on; I'm short and convinced myself that I would be living on salads if…
