  • If I want to lose 1.5lbs a week it keeps it at 1200 calories. If I want to lose 1lb a week it's ups it to 1380 calories. So I'm thinking of upping my calories by 50 for the first week. Then 50 again in two weeks time. Then stick to 1300 a week and see how that goes?
