One of the best tweaks I made to my fitness! I use a Polar FT-7. before I got it, I was over estimating my burns - not a huge deal, but I really wanted an accurate picture. Easy to use and although I was skeptical of the chest strap, I got used to it after 3 times and now I feel naked working out without it.
