We have 3 dogs; a Chinook (my baby) an Australian cattle dog (his baby) and a German shepherd (our baby :smile: ) and I have a kitty that currently lives with my mom.

I LOVE my FT4! Honestly half the time i forget to wet mine! It works just fine either way :smile: Make sure to wash often though! I have found that you get a much better reading with a nice clean strap!

yup! almost everything i own (including workout clothes) are falling off me! BUT i cant afford new clothes yet- and I'm not done losing. When i get to that point, I'll splurge and buy all new clothes- until then i'll deal with the baggy butts and hoping my yoga pants don't fall off during zumba! :laugh:

6 days per week, 2-3 hours per day. 5 1/2 hours strength, 7 1/2 hours cardio. I also eat at least 1400 calories on days I workout and drink 3 or 4 liters of water :smile: Good luck!
