Don't give up. GuitarJerry is exactly right! Prepackaged foods are full of sodium. Even though it says 300 calories, check the sodium, it's very, very high.

I say whatever feels right to you. You may try 1400 and see if you feel any different or lose/gain. Feel free to experiment with your calorie intake because the same amount may not work the same for everyone. Good luck! You can do this!

thought I would post an update -- I am down 24 pounds since January 1st. Walk Away the Pounds is amazing and I will continue to use it. If you want to try it, here are a few videos on you tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRScb2l4Z4g on the right hand side, there is a 1 mile and a 2 mile.

I started a little bit before the New Year and I have over 100 pounds to lose and I have lost 11 pounds so far.

I do the treadmill sometimes as well. I agree with you though. WATP is a lot more fun and it's faster!

what is the best size to start out with?? I am very new to KBs. I bought the Kathy Smith Kettlebell Solution with a 5lb and 3lb. I have watched a lot of videos on youtube and most of those women are using a 10lb. Should I start with 10lb?
