$10 /mth is a gym membership at planet fitness and like anything else if you don't use it then it won't work. I rather stick to the free version of MFP.

im 5'9 and when i was 137lbs i looked like the 15-17% range and i was a size 2-4, i don't want to be that again. Im back up to 160 and look like the 25-30% range but i would prefer the 20-22% i think for my frame that would be 145-150lbs.

Im on lo-loestren fe, no weight issues, i just love food and i need to exercise more. so true i read somewhere that a particular panera sandwich had just as much calories as a McDonalds Big Mac!!! :o so yeah i read calories on menu, but the rule of thumb i found is if it has cream, sauce, bread, mayo, or just too many ingredients skip it. Go lean meat, veggie/grain/lettuce or fruit. Keep it simple.
