im more pesci and moving into a meat free lifestyle....but i use protein powders, boca meatless burgers, peanut butter and eggs to get my protein in. if you do fish, shrimp and tuna are good sources or protein. as well. so breakfast may be 2 boca burgers and eggs with cheese or boiled eggs snack a protein smoothie, lunch…

Hi all. this is week 3 for me. I dont push play everyday bu try to at least 3x a week. If its real virgin hair you should be fine. it is real hair so you should treat it as your own. I too workout and wash my extened hair and scalp as needed every 6-10 days.

My healthy banana split i have almost nightly is: 1 cup of fage 0%, 1 packet if equal, 1 tsp cocoa powder 3 strawberris, 1/4 banana, 1 tbs shredded coconut, 1 tsp of sliced almonds... l layer these items and if i can afford the extra 60 calories, drizzle lightly with honey or agave nectar, and top off with fat free ready…

Me easter weekend wasnt so bad. I cooked and hosted a big family dinner, but really didnt eat much of it. Hummus wraps loaded with veggies on a joseph flax wrap or pita, a veggie bake (like lasagna but using eggplant as noodles) veggie burgers black bean burgers (google a recipe) with salad or veggies. lentil loaf (google a recipe) with salad greens I have the same problem but preparation has been the key

You dont know how to prepare healthy meals? Meal prep is important. I joined instagram to spy on my kid and neices and nephews, but it opened up a whole new world to me. through that i learned easy recipes and learned to meal prep for several days so i wont have to think about it, or eat crappy food. perhaps you can check…
