Battlestar Galactica My Mad Fat Diary

Agreed. That one is my favourite by far. I also don't mind Pic's Really Good Peanut Butter if I can't get 100% Nutz.

Wow, you are amazing :D Great job!

I don't think you can predict this really as you can't spot target, but it took me 2 months.

I really wanted to do it for the health benefits after watching the documentary, but I just couldn't do it for longer than 2 weeks. I was so ridiculously hungry and miserable on the fasting days. I have since read quite a bit of evidence about intermittent fasting being effective for men, but having more side effects for…

On the left is me at the end of January this year. I was 5'9" and 160lbs. On the right is me sometime this week and I am 139lbs now (sorry, dirty mirror)... I'm most proud of the changes I have made to my stomach though. The one on the left is from February and the one on the right is from the end of April...

Number Six from Battlestar Galactica. Movie wise I think it was Diane Kruger in Troy and Eva Green in Casino Royale.

I'm 20 and I'm a senior at university. Graduating in 6 months woot :D

Here's my results. I finished the 30 Day Shred, then moved on to Ripped In 30 (I'm currently on level 4, day 4). Before -> 30 Day Shred results -> Me today :D I've lost 15lbs doing both so far, but I have lost a TON of inches everywhere. Much more than the lbs.

Seconding the people who posted pictures of Doutzen. She has the perfect figure. My body inspiration is Aymeline Valade. She is really slender, but still has a lot of definition to her figure. I want her arms!

Thanks for posting this. I used to do intermittent fasting and it was hell for me on the 500 calorie days. I was moody, had no energy, and could barely get out of bed on those days. I spent all day thinking about how hungry I was. This probably explains why :)

I have completed the 30 Day Shred and am now on Level 4 of Ripped in 30, which I started straight after. The hardest day of the 30 Day Shred for me was Day 2. I hadn't done a proper workout in a long time and when I woke up after Day 1 I could barely walk. I almost considered taking a day off, but I pushed through Day 2…

I bought their sugar free hot chocolate last week, which is also 8 calories per serve. It's so nice.

Count calories and work out every day.

I lasted one week. The fasting days were just horrible for me and I could literally think about nothing other than food (or lack of) all day and it made me grumpy. I did lose about a 1lb that week, but after I stopped it, I just started eating 1200-1400 calories a day, which works really well for me and I still lose 1b a…

I'm on day 18 of the 30 Day Shred and I have done it for 18 days in a row. I am seeing results, but I see just as good results from people who would take a break, so I wouldn't worry about missing some days. If I missed a day I wouldn't have the motivation to start it again and get back on track, because it is quite tough,…
