What to do after finishing the 30 Day Shred + Ripped in 30?
I recently did the 30 Day Shred and I saw from these forums that a lot of people continued on to doing Ripped in 30 afterwards, so I did that too. I'm now nearing the end of Ripped in 30 and would like another home workout routine to do, to supplement my other exercise. But I'm not sure what. Any suggestions? It doesn't…
