Congrats on your baby!! Well done on choosing to get healthier. I've lost 88 pounds so far. Still got about 20 to go. Just track everything that goes into your mouth and make sure to get moving a bit (or a lot) or as much as what having a baby allows.... Good luck on your weight loss journey. I also suffer from under active thyroid. It's been a long journey of blood tests and pills. But I'm now on the correct dose and with eating well and regular exercise I'm getting there!! Good luck. It is doable

For sure check that your meds are right. I struggled for years trying to get the correct dosage for my body. Since being on the correct meds i have lost 81 pounds in 13 months. It can be done. And of course track EVERYTHING you put into your mouth..... even on the not so strict days.

When my "evening cravings" start I make myself a cup of tea or decaf coffee and add sweetner and cream. If after that I still want something I then first have a glass of water or I chew gum. Else I just go to sleep! LOL
