I too LOVE PB and I too was skeptical when I heard about this. In fact, I first heard of PB2 almost a year ago and I JUST bought some this month! I have to say, I was impressed. I got the regular and the chocolate so I could add them to my shakes, but I wanted to see how it held up as a paste. I made the chocolate (2 tbsp…

Last year, Richmond was noted as the 2nd most obese state in the US with 30% of the cities population being classified as obese. I'm just outside of Richmond, but it's pretty much most of the state of VA.

I like to prelog in the morning some days. I NEVER wait until after I'm done eating to log something unless I already know the stats. That's just asking for trouble!

 Seriously? You've lost 30 lbs since January and that isn't enough?! I've been at this since April and I haven't even hit 50 lbs. You need to slow down, trust your body, eat a bit more and not stress the numbers on the scale.

Amazing progress! Thanks for sharing :drinker:

You need a new bf. Seriously. And you need to eat FOOD. You cannot keep up a liquid diet long term... you need to change your lifestyle. It is a slow process, but you need slow so you can change your current habits. Most of all, YOU NEED TO DO IT BECAUSE YOU LOVE YOUR BODY, NOT BECAUSE YOU HATE IT. If you don't start…

My best friend got a little tipsy and admitted, quite frankly, " I really didn't think you were going to lose weight"

I weigh everyday, too. It's enabled me to get a feel for patterns... and I'm aware of how much my weight fluctuates daily so I don't let it get to me when it goes up a bit. I also have a better feel for what effects the scale... I know if I list weights, the scale may go up a little and if I run, it usually goes down quite…

I told my hubby not to let me eat after 7 pm. The look he gives me when I grab for a cookie after 7 is enough to make anyone rethink!

I also downloaded the free C25K app. LOVED it and it changed my life! I do actually enjoy running now (I know, crazy) and you'll get there! Just be patient
-
Amazing! You should be very proud!!!! Keep it up! :flowerforyou:
-
I would highly suggest C25K to anyone. It is only 3 days a week and it's highly recommended that you only do the 3 days to give your body time to heal between runs and to prevent injury. I started 30DS when I was closer to the end of the C25K program, but that's only because I didn't realize it was free on YouTube…

amazing journey, keep it up!!!!!

lol everyone here is right, 800 is not enough... that being said, I feel the same way you do. Some days I could eat the world and some days I could care less. If I weren't counting and tracking calories, I'd only eat when I was hungry... not because I haven't hit a certain number for the day. Therefore, I don't push myself…

I know the feeling! You should be very proud! Happy New Year :drinker:

Eh, 3 or 4 lbs. Not impressive, but not bad for the holidays!

I love to buy a roasted chicken and use the meat for salads, chicken salad, wraps, sandwiches, anything really... you can even boil the bones (sounds gross, I know) and toss in some veggies to make your own chicken broth on the cheap! You'd be surprised how far a $6 chicken can go...

What an amazing story! Your video brought tears to my eyes. You are truly a phenomenal person, inside and out! God is so good!!!! :flowerforyou:

I never thought about making an "inches" goal! How could you possibly know what your measurements will be when you get to your goal?!?!?! I am 5'5" currently at 156 lbs... sw was 190. My waist is now around 30" and my thighs are closer to 17" My goal weight is 130, but I'm sure that will change if I like what I see before…

I hadn't lost an ounce in over 6 weeks... I started to stall when I started eating more wheat products- wheat waffles, bread, pasta, wraps... On the advice of someone else, I cut way back on the wheat and I've lost 2.5 pounds in the last 4 days! I'm eating the same number of calories and exercising the same amount as well.…

Wow that's encouraging! I'm currently on Level 2, love hearing results like yours! You must be so excited to be so close to your goal! Well done :drinker:

What time of day are you exercising? I know exercising close to your bed time can keep you awake. It used to take me an hour to fall asleep and I would wake up all night long, but now I sleep through the night... since changing what I eat and adding exercise into my day. Have you ever had your vitamin D levels checked? My…
