Bump! Thanks!!!

I do! I count my deep down cleaning days, but not my everyday straightening...
-
Happy Birthday! You look amazing and a lot younger!!!! I bet you feel it, too! :flowerforyou:
-

I'll admit, my jeans were a little tight to begin with  but I do run, I do tons of squats and strength training... and I have more hips/thighs/bum than anyone has business having!
-
Yes!!!! I've lost 30 and have only dropped one size... and I know women 50 pounds heavier than me wearing the same size! Grrr :grumble:
-

Feel free to add me! I've been doing 30DS for about 2 weeks. I will admit that I haven't stuck to it exact (10 days and then break...) as I am running, too, but I certainly won't quit! I also log everyday and I have my diary open to friends :flowerforyou:

That last part is exactly right. If he's not motivated, it's not going to happen. I'm in a similar situation (except he doesn't really need to lose weight- maybe 10 lbs- but he wants to build muscle)... he was running with me when I'd go and now he's stopped all together. And he eats like crap. I'm hoping as I slim down,…

You are gorgeous! Amazing transformation, keep it up!
-
Wow, that's only 18 lbs?! I can't believe the difference! Well done
-
Wow! You look gorgeous! I'm also 5'4" and 130 was about my goal weight, but I never thought I could get rid of these thighs! Thanks for sharing :flowerforyou:

ALWAYS go to bed hungry :) I told my mom this and she started eating smaller dinners a few hours before bed... not only is she losing weight, but her nightly heart burn has disapeared!
-
How fun! My dog is not small (70 lbs pit), but I'm so slow that he walks beside me as I huff and puff down the road LOL I wish he would run and wear himself out, so I'm sure your dog will benefit where my dog cannot (yet!)

I didn't have time to see if anyone posted this, but "Find your happy pace" love that one :)
-
What a powerful story! Thanks for sharing. Cheers to you, you've done a phenomenal job!

I agree... don't overthink it. The estimated calories on MFP are exaggerated when compared to an HRM. If you're not hungry, don't eat! If you are hungry, eat sensibly and stop when you're satisfied. Your body will let you know if it needs more fuel!

I'm on week 6! It is an amazing feeling to get past the 20 minute job in week 5!!! My advise- trust, trust, trust the program! It really does work! I had never run a mile in my entire life and the first time I did it I ran 1.72 miles without stopping! Be careful though, follow the "every other day" suggestion because it…

Maybe it's how you're getting your fiber. I noticed that, for example, a fiber one bar will make me feel extremely bloated... but extra fiber in the form of fruits and veggies and whole grains do not.
-
^^ this! Some of these "befores" I'd be happy to have as my "after" lol
-
Plan before hand! Knowing what you will get before hand makes a huge difference. If the place you're headed to doesn't have their stats posted, find the highest calorie comparable food in MFP and log that. Ask for a to go box when you order and immediately package up half of your plate. If you get salad (and who gets salad…

I am the same way. It is SO hard to cut back, but if I can manage for a few days, I do feel like the cravings dissioate. I'm sorry I don't have any answers for you! I'm curious to see what others will say. Good luck to us both! haha :ohwell:
-
Wow, that's pretty nifty :) thanks for sharing!

^This!!!! I was reading the comments wondering when it was going to go from "do you log it?" to the highly debatable topic of artificial sugars... Now you've done it!
-
Are you keeping anything out of your diet, like carbs? Maybe it's not how much you're eating, but rather what you're eating. Also, how's your water intake? I've been feeling a similar way. In fact, last Saturday my hubby took me to a museum and I fainted for the first time in my life right in the middle of the tour! I had…

Hysterical. And true
