  • Sonia, I know you can succeed at anything you put your mind to. Remember food isnt the enemy, its making choices. It isnt about what we eat or when we eat its about how we eat. How much, how often we eat junk, how we control the choices we make to make a difference in our lives. Your girls are amazing little women just…
  • 6.6 is soooo good, heres to your healthy lifestyle!!
  • Ive wrote about this in a blog entry a while back. Food is not the enemy. Its about choice, its about being realistic, honest and positive attitude. Sometime the choice is to have a pizza, cookie, piece of cake its just food and a choice read my Blog http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/qtpiesmom

  • First off its not 8 glasses or water its 8 cups/ 1 cup = 8 oz or 250 ml like in a measuring cup. If not that hard there are many ways to go about it. Heres a post that may help you a little http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/190628-water
  • Jenny thats swesome!! your numbers are great. My husband told me I need new clothes LOL. My sugars are in good working order. Hope everyone is doing good
  • If you are going to count it and truly up to you think 250 ml or a measuring cup is 8 oz, so depending on how big your cup of coffee is depends on how much you log.

  • Ok I didnt have a HRM and got one second hand I have a PolarFt7. I used to enter my workouts in MFP and take 100 - 150 calories from what they posted. I am glad I did that because what MFP says is WAY WAY off of what calorie burn from my HRM. Get one with a chest strap is the only thing. Having it makes it so your calories…
  • I dont use a scale to weigh myself I do weigh once a month at the doctors But I measure and take pictures
  • I log it as circuit training general but I use my HRM for calories I burn 175- 200 per circuit MFP I would cut at least in half cause its way way higher than what a HRM shows
  • Yep circuit training but know that MFP is way over in numbers I find than a HRM
  • http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/188213-126-calorie-brownie
  • I found MFP is way way high on how many calories burned on Circuit training take away at least 100 of the calories it tells you or get a HRM

  • I will not rejoice in the killing of any man. Tonight I pray for World Peace and remember the words of one of our greatest teachers: "Returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars... Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that." - MLK"
  • Remember weight loss is more about what you eat than exercise. You can watch your calories and still be ok and lose weight without exercise. Simple cardio sitting down punching can raise your heart rate and not hurt you. BUT really worry about getting better. Change your lifestyle on here to adjust your calorie intake.…
