I would say: - eat what you want - but enjoy every bite - get some exercise cause it'll make you happier - live your life and realize that no one cares what you look like but you - never ever miss out on something because you'll do it when you're thinner

Edamame Beans - I buy a big box of frozen Natures Classic individual packs - 135 calories each. Pop the bag in the microwave for 3 or 4 minutes and you get a snack that takes a while to eat and has that protein we are all looking for.
