I think he has lost some weight too, but I don't have a before and after weight to compare. He's definitely feeling motivated to tone up now that he's home and can see how dedicated I am. We both want to set a great example for our daughter. :happy:

I wanted to update because I had my body fat check today with my trainer and I am down to 14.1%!!! I was 27.5% when I started this group training program on 4/30/12. I'm SO excited by my results!

I still have extra skin and stretch marks that I don't expect to ever go away. I can feel the muscles underneath and they're very firm, but my stomach still isn't very pretty.

Thank you everyone for all of your comments! You know how to make a girl feel great! :happy: For those who asked about my husband's reaction, he was pretty blown away. The whole first week he was home, he couldn't stop talking about how skinny I am. I think he's a fan of the new bod. :wink:

I was squeezing into a size 10 when I started. I'm 5'7" and weigh 134 lbs now. I'm between a 2 and a 4 right now in pants size depending on where I shop. I've lost 12.5 inches on my waist.

I'm still working out with my trainer and he has us doing squats, lunges, dips, push-ups, shrugs, and rotators every session and then we rotate on several different weight machines that work mostly upper body. We do two sets of 45 seconds each on each machine and we do as many reps as we can in that time. It's different…

Girl, go shopping! It won't hurt to buy a few items that fit you well now and then you can do a big shopping trip when you reach your goal weight.
