Great way to look at it! I've changed my goal weight three times now because I wanted those smaller goals. At this point I'm just trying to decide when I'll be ready to switch my calorie goal to maintain my weight instead of losing it.

Thanks so much! The only reason I'm not quite done losing is because I have some areas that still need toning and I expect some more pounds to drop off in that process. Hopefully, next time I post here I'll be ready for bikini pictures!

I started at 171 and I'm at 140 now. I'm 5'7". Strength training has made all the difference. My diet is certainly a huge factor, but I don't think I would be nearly as fit as I am at this point without the strength training. I work out with a trainer twice a week and do cardio 4-5 days/week.
