completed it. level 2 was the hardest. level 1 and 3 i could complete despite the struggles level 2 the first time doing it i couldnt finish the v things killed me off!

I'm just wondering for fat-burning purposes, and of course toning. I have both machines at home, and can usually burn around 500 cal in 60 minutes on my treadmill. We just got the elliptical. i workout at the gym for an hour to an hour and a half then give it a few hours then do 30DS sometimes. not all the time though.

level 2 day 8 cant wait to get off this damn level BUT i have noticed improvements with body and most of all...strength! could barely handle level 2 when i first started it now its a lot easier. 2 more days to go!

i am at level 2 and im on day 7. it was really hard the first 2 or 3 days but you get used to it. mind you i do still have to do a lot of the versions modified!

oh right i read online that jillian said to do it every day thats why i was doing it every day. would show you the source but i cant remember it lol i was reading up about it and i googled it :p anyway thanks for the info i will take rest days when i start doing it again id rather take one day off than 10!

thanks, i didnt take rest days because i thought you werent supposed to. i thought this was a bit iffy at first seeing as ive always been told to take at least one day off a week and let your body rest but i wanted to do it properly and it was only a 30ish minute workout

yea thats the one. ive seen great results but its frustrating that i have to stop doing it because of my leg i was just getting into level 2 :(
