i finished it and took a little time off, now ive started it again because i love it. started on 23rd of december :)

ive had to do that to get through it but i dont like doing so i kinda feel like im cheating lol. oddly enough my back is actually better now after exercising so thats not longer a problem. maybe it was overuse?

i am in month 2 week 3 day 2. Its worth it. its great for losing fat as long as you eat right! most of the changes you will see will be in month 2. or at least thats how it has gone for me. I have done the program exactly how it said so i cant speak for the results if you do it in a different way.

on month 2 week 3 day 2 and i am hooked! have noticed great results (not trying to lose weight though) definition wise. however my knees and back have started playing me up so i may not make it to the end =[
-
most people say the changes dont happen until month 2 due to water retention in the first month. Especially if you went from not working out to insanity thats going to be a major shock to the system. Either way its worth sticking with it will make you fitter and you will lose inches if you eat the right way

thanks for the advice. it does come to around 1600-1700 anyway (my bmr + cals burned) i burn around 300-400 usually on the workouts even though i work my butt off because im already light. But there is a lot of conflicting information on forums. i should stop reading them lol.

hi, i have just completed day 4 of week 2 (cardio recovery) and i am loving this program! determined to make it through the whole thing :)
-
they usually say most of the physical results happen in month 2. stick with it :)

that is exaggerated it doesnt look like a "pregnant belly" as such but you get bloated a lot and to you (as you are disordered) it probably will look and feel that way. ive been there. it evens out it just takes a bit of time to adjust to what you see in the mirror after seeing bones

i suffered with an eating disorder and i didnt have so much issues with the night sweats but the extreme hunger i did. i felt like i was hungry all the time and if i didnt get food i would get really irritable. This is normal though in recovery for eating disorders. it does improve after a while when your body gets more…
-
Just my opinion but this could be down to you not eating enough. I suffered with an eating disorder and this is something that i struggled with. It is a horrible experience but once i started eating more it got better. The binging stopped and i dont feel so out of control around food.

i run on the treadmill all the time cause I WANT TO. i have ran outside before but it was just harder to get motivated to get started out there and some exercise is better than none. so ive been running on the treadmill only for the last 2 years and i must say my *kitten* looks awesome!

apparently they work providing you stick to a good diet and exercise. more likely the diet and exercise that is making you lose the weight not the ketones

when you eat better and more satiating foods and stop eating junk you can struggle with eating enough. or at least i have.
