My ultimate goal is 110 pounds from here. So, I'm going to set rewards at every 10 pounds, with biggies at the 25 pounds marks. Just need to decide what those are.

We've been drinking pomegranate green tea here. It's naturally sweeter than other teas, so we don't add sugar.

I'm 4'11". My goal is 103 - wedding weight. Just started Saturday and have 110 pound to go.

I'm vegetarian and have been for 22 years. I do eat fish and dairy products [except actual milk] and eggs. My diary isn't open, but I can share ideas.

Feel free to add me. Only 3 months after my youngest [4th] child was born, I was down to pre-baby weight and I looked awesome. As soon as I stopped nursing though, weight just started increasing. 100 pounds later, I'm trying to get back where I was at 23.
